Yes, the asthma management classes are suitable for children.
I conduct group sessions for adults and individual sessions for children but I am hoping to get some schools on board so that I can teach children in small groups as well.
Children's classes are very different to the adult sessions and a parent is required to stay with their child during the classes because the parent becomes the supervising teacher when practicing at home.
The method is easy to learn and it has been my experience that children progress much quicker than adults. They seem to be less inhibited and haven't accepted the incorrect assumption that nothing can be done about their situation.
