Question: Do you have a consultant able to assist me over the phone or do I need to visit your clinic in person? Answer:
I run a very busy clinic spending most of the time in consultations. It is therefore difficult to chatch me on the phone for an in depth discussion.
To give you the best possible service, I prefer to discuss your situation and questions with you in person to fully understand your needs.
